Monthly Parking
Syracuse Parking Associates offers convenient monthly parking for residents, employers and employees in downtown Syracuse. Our garages are centrally located in and between Armory Square and Clinton Square - close to apartments, retailers, office buildings and businesses. Monthly parking rates range between $90.00 - $125.00 monthly.
You can feel secure in our garages as they are open 24/7/365 and our monthly parkers require card key access for entry and exit. Daily parkers are required to take a ticket or insert credit card for entry, and pay prior to leaving to access the exit.

To begin monthly parking at one of our garages, please click on the Apply Now below to view the application forms. It's as simples as 1-2-3:
- Print off the Application Form and Policies & Procedures
- Complete the forms
- Scan them in to Collette Moyer at cmoyer@ppisyr.com
PLEASE NOTE: When making payments online, please allow at least 2 business days for credit card payments to be processed and received by us.
Credit Card Payments set up as recurring will be charged on the 1st of the month, or the next business day after the 1st, if the 1st is a weekend day or holiday. All payments must be received in the office no later than the 5th of each month. Payments received after the 5th will be charged a $10.00 late fee, no exceptions. Cards will be shut off at any time without notice for payments not received after the 5th day of the month, and a $20 reactivation charge will be required before reactivation."
